Desert Mine Jewelry is designed and manufactured in Los Angeles California, using recycled metals and responsibly sourced gemstones.

Yes! You can use After Pay at the checkout to split your payment into 4 bi-weekly installments. The first payment is required upfront.

Yes! I make custom bridal jewelry and repurpose family gemstones and old designs. So if you have a design in mind,  a stone you would like to use or an old family heirloom you would like to redesign, drop me a line at contact@desertmine.com and let’s create something beautiful together.

Generally you should avoid showering, swimming,  and sleeping while wearing your jewelry. And it’s best to put oils and perfume on before you put your jewelry on. Keeping your jewelry dry and stored in a box while you are not wearing it will preserve it for years to come. You can use a soft 100% cotton cloth, or jewelry cloth to gently restore the luster of your piece.

Not all items are restocked as most pieces are produced in limited quantities. However, please reach out to us at contact@desertmine.com if there is something you can’t live without and we’ll see what we can do!

Shipping

Absolutely! The flat rate for international shipping is $15. Desert Mine Jewelry is not responsible for any import taxes.

Items are shipped within 3 business days via USPS First Class mail for domestic shipping - they typically take between 2 - 5 days to arrive from the ship date. The tracking number will be sent to the email under which the order was purchased as soon as it is shipped. Shipping handler delays due to weather and other unexpected circumstances are outside of our control. Domestic shipping is free.

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us at contact@desertmine.com and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. After an order has been delivered to the provided address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not totally happy, we will gladly accept returns within 10 days of item delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, including tracking. We are happy to offer exchanges, refunds or store credit for the value of your purchase within that time frame. The jewelry must be unworn and in original packaging to be accepted for a full refund.

Where possible, we will repair items that are broken due to normal wear and tear. There may be a fee depending on the degree of repair, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost and tracking.
